Our outdoor metal plaques are etched from zinc, one of the most durable metals for the elements. Zinc is commonly used to plate other metals to protect them from rusting. Solid zinc is etched using a photo-chemical process that is capable of producing very fine artistic details and small letters in clear, crisp relief. Characters and artwork may be raised or recessed. Different mounting options are also available (see below).
